RQ Audit Support Services LLC ("RQ," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of visitors to this website and the firms we work with. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices available to our clients and website visitors.
We collect contact information (such as name, email address, and phone number) that website visitors provide when requesting a consultation or reaching out through this website. Client firms also share engagement-related documents and workpapers with us via email in the course of an engagement. This website does not use cookies or tracking technologies, and does not collect analytics data.
Information provided by our clients and website visitors is used to respond to consultation requests, communicate about a potential or ongoing engagement, and to perform audit, review, or compilation support services.
Engagement files and workpapers are received by email and are used solely to perform the services requested by clients. This information is not shared with any third party.
RQ retains client engagement files — workpapers, source documents received, and related correspondence — for up to 30 days after final delivery of the engagement, solely to address any follow-up questions or requested revisions. After that period, files are permanently deleted from RQ's devices, email, and any cloud storage or backups, not merely moved to a recycle bin. A client firm may request earlier deletion, or request that files be retained longer for their own recordkeeping needs, and RQ will accommodate either request.
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools.
We do not sell your information, and all engagement work is performed directly by RQ personnel, without subcontractors or outside staff. RQ uses AI to assist with aspects of engagement work, operating under a business-tier account with contractual protections against using submitted data to train its models — see Section 3 and Section 5 of the AI Use Policy, which can be provided upon request. This is not the same as sharing information with a third party for their own independent use — RQ retains full responsibility for all work product, and client firms may opt out of AI use entirely. Beyond this AI tool, RQ does not share, sell, or disclose your information to any third party.
RQ stores client engagement files locally on a device with full-disk encryption enabled. Email and other accounts used to receive or transmit client data are protected by two-factor authentication (2FA). Files are not stored on shared or publicly accessible drives.
A client firm or website visitor may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information at any time by emailing info@rqaudit.com. RQ will respond to such requests within a reasonable time. Note that deletion requests for information tied to an active or recently completed engagement may be subject to the retention practices described in 4. Confidentiality of Client Engagement Data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
